JENNY BROOK CREW DESCRIPTIONS
Front Gate Crew: Handles ticket sales at the festival entrance. Requires working with money and greeting the public. Front gate shifts begin Thursday at 7 am.
Parking & Safety Crew: There are three sections to this crew. We need people willing to park campers, park cars and ensure general safety throughout the festival grounds. This shift requires a lot of walking. Volunteers should arrive Wednesday for check in and be ready to work on Thursday. The more volunteers we have for this position the more we can break up the shifts.
Jenny Brook General Store: Sell store merchandise. Prepare food for volunteers.
Rubbish Removal Crew: Picks up trash each morning. Volunteers are also asked to make sure the stage area and vendor area is kept clean. First shift for trash pick-up is Friday at 7 am.
Jenny Brook Kids Activities: We need a program coordinator for this and people to help assist.
Jenny Brook Petting Zoo: We need performers to help show children about there instrument. We also get together with the kids each day and work on songs to perform on stage on Sunday.
Workshop Attendant: Make sure the area is clean after each workshop and announce the performer if needed.
Stage Attendant: Make sure water and/or coffee is available and snacks are ready. Keep the area clean.
On the application please list all the areas you are willing to work. All volunteers must work between 3 and 4 hours a day to be eligible for free week-end pass.
Some crews work more hours than this.
